What we collect and how we use it

Data collected

Account identifiers (email, profile name), purchase/entitlement metadata, lesson progress, bookmark events, and quiz/performance metrics used to improve study guidance. Study records also include lesson identifiers, course edition, session timestamps, and saved active seconds. The study timer does not record your screen, camera, keystroke contents, or other tabs.

Use of data

We use this data to authenticate users, enforce paid access, save progress, and personalize review recommendations and analytics. We also retain the terms accepted at checkout, the first explicit opening of paid study, and refund-request timestamps to apply the purchase policy and resolve payment problems. Course pages also display an account-specific copy reference to help investigate unauthorized redistribution. It does not display your email or name and does not track your device.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Necessary vendors (such as auth, database, and payment infrastructure) process data on our behalf. Data is retained as needed for account functionality and reasonable operational/legal needs.

Tutor and completion records

Requests to the AI tutor include your question, limited conversation context, and relevant course material. Do not enter personal health, policyholder, or other sensitive information. The optional written retrieval check stays on the page. AI explanations do not determine official completion or certificate eligibility.

When approved certification becomes available, identity, proctor attestations, completion evidence, and reporting receipts will be kept in restricted records for audit and regulatory reporting. The launch policy will specify the applicable retention period and request procedures before these records are collected.
