What you are buying

Colorado Accident & Health Supplemental Study Course: $14.99 USD paid once for six calendar months of access, starting when payment succeeds. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Your account shows the expiration date.

Access includes course lessons, quizzes, flashcards, spaced review and exam practice. AI tutor explanations are subject to usage limits and availability; course-based help remains available during AI outages or when a limit is reached. Practice performance does not guarantee an exam result.

Approval status

Supplemental exam preparation. Not approved for Colorado prelicensing credit or an exam-eligibility certificate. We are preparing to apply for approval; approval and its timing are not guaranteed.

This purchase does not replace any required approved prelicensing education. Current study does not become approved credit retroactively. Any future approved course will have its own published enrollment terms; this purchase does not promise admission, credit or a free upgrade.

14-day refunds for unopened paid courses

For purchases under these terms, a full refund is available within 14 days after successful payment only if the paid course has not been opened.

Before first use, your account asks you to explicitly open the paid course and explains that doing so ends standard refund eligibility. Opening unlocks the paid lessons, quizzes, flashcards, application labs, videos and tutor. We record that first opening on the server. Free previews, signing in, viewing your account and checking purchase status do not count as opening the paid course. The six-month access period still begins at payment, not at first use.

Request an eligible refund from your account or contact support within the 14-day window. A refund request puts paid study on hold while it is processed. Refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunded purchase access ends. You do not need to provide card details to support.

Purchases made under an earlier policy retain the terms accepted at checkout. This standard change-of-mind policy does not limit rights required by applicable law. Contact support about duplicate or unauthorized charges, access failures, or material problems with the course.

Your account and study information

Keep your account credentials private. Access is for your personal study and cannot be shared or resold. Your progress records are learning aids, not proof of approved attendance or certification.

You may take personal study notes. Do not redistribute course lessons, answer banks or videos, publish account access, or use automated tools to bulk-download the course. Course pages include a personal-copy reference to discourage unauthorized sharing. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Material can be corrected and improved during your access period. Report a suspected factual or answer-key error through support. AI can make mistakes; use the linked lesson and authoritative sources for verification. The course provides education, not individualized legal or insurance advice.

Service and support

Temporary maintenance or vendor outages can interrupt access. Contact support if purchased access is unavailable. Payment confirmation or support problems should be resolved before attempting a second purchase.
